An inventory and van-sales system for an LPG gas distributor: stock moves from the depot onto vehicles, sales agents sell refills or new cylinders on the road, and managers see stock, sales and expenses in one place. I'm the lead contributor to the web platform and built most of the field sales app.
What I built
- Stock requests, vehicle allocation, refill and outright sales, customers with captured locations, and expenses.
- Invoices and receipts with print tracking, and M-PESA payments.
- SMS notifications with delivery logs.
- A Flutter app for field sales: product loading, cart and checkout, customer creation and location capture.
Stack: Laravel, Flutter, MySQL, M-PESA Daraja, bulk SMS.
