A merchandise platform for brand activation campaigns: products are coded in batches, allocated to team leaders and brand ambassadors, and every item handed to a customer is verified and mapped. I'm one of its two main contributors.
What I built
- Batch and product-code management, with allocation to team leaders and brand ambassadors.
- An API for the ambassador app to validate scanned product codes and record issues and returns.
- Customer verification by SMS, with centralised sending and logs.
- Reports, including issued products on a map and filters by status, product and issuer.
